BRITISH AIRWAYS ******

My checked in luggage was broken into and ****** from. Items worth over R8000 were taken from my luggage and my bag was damaged. Two weeks after I have filed a complaint upon arriving at CPT intl airport and British Airways have done nothing about this. My bag still has scratches. My items haven’t been recovered
