British Airways Competition ****s
I entered a competition similar to the one they just launched on KFM.I won the prize,2 tickets to the UK.I made my plans for a week to see family in the UK but when I phoned to book,they told me I had won the flight but had to pay the airport taxes which was 90% of the ticket. Watch out,their competitions are ****s!!@

07 Nov 2019, 18:36This happened a long time ago and I never used them again until I was forced to use them again this year.We were going on Safari and only BA and SAA allowed rifles on their flights according to their websites.I contacted BA and they told me I had to book a BA flight,not Kulula and I had to notify them 72 hours before my flight.I booked the BA flight and notified them 72 hrs before the flight.They put me through to their pet division and bidvest etc etc etc and after a 4 hour runaround told me that they no longer transport rifles.I had to book another flight on SAA at last minute and my family had to fly alone.The verbal abuse and *********** service I had to endure for their mistake is something I will never forget.Money is lost and forgotten but BA has left me thinking they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.Br Chris
