British Airways Comair - Worst Airline service in South Africa with no customer care

Last week I made a booking 3 people for a flight departing on the 14 October 2021,now I have been double charge on my credit card. I cant get hold of you on all your numbers and your emails provided on your website. BRITISH AIRWAYS COMAIR is the worst airline service I have ever used... How do I get my money back and cancel the ticket when I cant get hold you anywhere.?
