British Airways Comair Theft

I recently had a flight from Johannesburg to Capetown, flight was delayed, I sat at the boarding as per boarding pass only to realise that the flight had departed and had boarded at a different gate , with no communication. I went to enquire about my checked in luggage only to find out that they did not offload them from the plane .

When I finally received my bags the following day in Capetown , i saw that the zip of my bag was tampered with & when I got home I realised my human hair wig had been ******. I laid a complaint only to be informed that they are not liable and will not be compensating me . It seems as if this is an ongoing thing and nothing has been done about it !
