BRITISH AIRWAYS (Comair) REFUSES PENSIONER @ DBN KING SHAKA AIRPORT-17 September 2016

<p>A first time flyer & pensioner was refused check in due to a spelling mistake on the eTicket. Manager on site Trevor Canadasamy & check in clerk Pritakshi Ramnudan did not want to assist or help in any way possible.</p> <p>they refusd to assist the pensioner & was told to buy another ticket who does not have that kind of money instantly. this incident happend today for return flight BA6322/BA6323.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your managers way of dealing with a simple issue was disgusting. the pensioner even produced the ID document today & was refused. the pensioner even broke down in tears due to this simple issue & the manner in which she was treated on her first flight ever.</p>
