British Airways Comair Refund Process is a ****!

l made a booking sometime early in July 2021. The president announced level restrictions and British airways cancelled all flights until September 2021.

Requested for a refund as l had to travel end of July 2021 on the 15th of July 2021. l was informed it will take 5/7 working days to process the refund. l did it both online and via call center but guess what whenever l phone the call center l am told there is either no refund requested or it has been escalated already.

When l requested a refund l received an email so how is it possible that one person doesn't find the refund request and the other find an escalation.

lf you can't owe up to a promise at least do the right thing and refund people their money
