Appalling service, 1stly when my booked flight was grounded on 13 Mar EL to CPT, they never even updated us, we only knew it when we went to board. On 22 March 2022 I called them to request for my refund; 5 weeks later, today I follow up, they say they dont even have a record under my booking that I requested a refund; and now have to wait another 8 weeks for my F***N money again?
