British Airways Comair has no regards for human rights: I want my sanctity bac****!

<p> </p> <p>I travelled on British Airways to Durban, today on 6 June 2017, on BA6219 which left OR Tambo at 16:15pm. Whoever, handled my baggage stole my perfume from my bag, a full bottle of Cartier Baiser Volé Eau de Parfum – 100 mls which I have only worn twice!!! A full bottle!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel violated as this is the third time this year that BA has had my bag opened on 3 different trips. I locked the bag the first 2 times and they broke my keys, the second time they even ruined my bag and it is still ruined. I reported this the second time - even got a reference number when I travelled to Capetown. The lady who handled the report then did not even bat an eyelash when I made the report!!!! There is no point in locking your bag with BA Comair, as their staff still break into the bags. Noone has a right to go through anyone’s baggage and skim through people’s things its a total violation of one’s rights – I have been on so many other with other airlines – domestic flights too here in South Africa with bags without locks and nothing of this nature has ever happened , not once. BA's ground handling staff are ************* – they should all be fired and Comair is *********** as it is not handling the thieving properly!!!! I feel extremely violated, my rights as a passenger and protection of property and my sanctity has been completely undermined and destroyed!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my perfume back from BA Comair as this is a gift I got from a friend from the US and its of extreme sentimental value – so its not just about the perfume. It’s the sentimental Value attached to this and the principle of protecting a pilfering and thieving staff!!! BA knows who handled the luggage on this particular day and they should be made accountable!!!</p>
