British Airways Comair customer service is appalling!!

After being on hold for 70 minutes, I still have not been helped as "all our agents are busy at the moment"!! how is that even possible?!?! Appalling service!! I cannot believe they make a PAYING CUSTOMER wait so long to use their services.
