British airways comair bad service

On the 30Nov 2020 I booked a return flight for my self and my friend for the 11 December 2020 on the 10th my flight was cancelled, i then app**** for refund and booked another airline. Every time i try to communicate with British airways comair they refer me from one person to another and never help me, they have been saying my refund is being processed, its a month now, I don’t know how else to seek for help.
