British Airways Comair - Absolutely shocking !!

Good luck to anyone trying to get a refund after these folks had to cancel their flights this morning.

Apart from having to hold on for 35min, their poor pawns they have handling the call centres are probably having to take such a lot of flack from customers this morning around this issue, with no Customer Service Managers at hand to handle any escalations.

Not to be insensitive about their current situation, but surely THIS is the time that those Senior Managers are to stand shoulder to shoulder with the junior staff to show solidarity, instead of having the junior staff having to fend for themselves.

I'd bet a full tank of diesel that not a single Customer Service Manager would even look at this review.
