Since 7 amay 2019 I have been struggling to resolve a refund. Up to date I have made numerous attempts to make contact, but no one comes back to me with a clear answer! You state you have "fare rules" that you apply, but when I question it or ask for this policy they cannot answer me! So this is "UNFAIR!"

This is really unpleasant, unprofessional and pathetic!

I trust someone will actually do their job and get into contact to resolve my refund!

When we make bookings online, you expect your money immediately! But once you make a mess up, you make customers wait for months unnecessarily!!
