Most awful seat space and legroom on British Airways flight from PE to Jhb Thursday 30 May at 16:35. Worst I have ever experienced after flying with other airlines on same route! All passengers nearby complained. Upgraded before flight to seat near emergency exit that have more legroom and paid in R168 but landed up in row in front with British Airways happily claiming the fee.
