British Airways Cattle Shuttle

Just got onto the aircraft for my flight to Durban BA 6201, and I am I a seat with no legroom what do ever. This is totally unacceptable. How can anyone be expected to fly under these conditions? Unfortunately I can’t attach a photo so that people can see what I mean.
