British Airways Card and Executive Club Avios points Allocation

Do not take a British Airways Credit Card from ABSA to replace your Avios Credit Card. It has taken me 2 months to sort out my Avios points and link the card to the Executive Club, including numerous shared calls with staff members in England and India (on my phone bill btw). Nobody can help, nobody knows what they are doing, nobody is able to phone you back you deal with people who are untrained and unhelpful at the Call Centre and there is no senior person to help. I want to cancel the Card but need the Avios points for cheaper flights. A huge disappointment and very frustrating.
