British Airways Call Center Waiting Time

British Airways, like their sister company Kulula.com, has the worst Call Center queuing wait time ever. I've been on the line for more than 30 minutes and no agent has picked up. I also don't understand why they don't provide an option to change a booking on their website or mobile app.
