British Airways Bulls^*&&^T

Today (08.07.2019) my Fiance was supposed to be on a flight from Dbn- JHB@ 8:45am, then catch the connecting flight to Addis Ababa, then from then from there to Cairo. We got to the counter at 8:15, the baggage counter clerk, AFTER my fiance put the bag on the scale, said to us VERY sarcastically "what time is your flight?" this is AFTER he read the itenary. Because of this ineptness, not only could he catch this flight, BUT also not the one in JHB, not the one in Addis Ababa neither. Thus rendering the whole flight sequence NULL and VOID, losing us R5500.

I understand bout check in times etc, BUT we were there 30mins before for the 1st leg of a whole sequence of bookings that could not be altered. If we had got there 5min before I would of understood, but 30min is Ample time.

At the end of it, we were out a double trip to the airport, a lot of money phoning the different airlines but also R5500........ So EVERYONE makes money except for us....
