British Airways bad service and delayed flight!

I am very gatvol with this airline! It’s the 3rd time that the flight get delayed for more that 4 hours ! No one seemed to be interested .I asked to be moved to an earlier flight through the call Centre it was confirmed right .when I got there . I was told the flight was fully booked! But there we ppl that were in the same cross as me but they for booked on the very same flight that I was denied on! On top of that we are told a flight is broken! My God is this a sick joke! We pay so much and we get this
