British Airways are *****ing from South Africans

BA has no information on website about Transit visa. We had planned a trip to Denmark with a connecting flight in London to Copenhagen since June 2019, we are not even leaving the airport. There was no info stating that you need a transit visa, at arriving at the gate on the day of departure, we get stopped and told that we cant board.

BA sent us notices of flight departure changes, price changes, but nothing about the transit visa, they took our money, issued our tickets, knowing that we fly BA to London and then BA out from London to Copenhagen. No message about Transit visa that we need, its was a blatant deception as far i'm concerned and then they tell us we wont be getting a refund.

The BA rep at the terminal says that this happens every day, my family along with 4 other people we denied boarding and told to sort out our visa and then buy new tickets...

BA and the British government are *****ing millions from South African and nothing is being done about it. PLEASE DO NOT FLY BRITISH AIRWAYS!!!
