I booked a flight for my son as he is in a boarding school in Cape Town the flight was booked for the 6 July as the school gave until the 5th for the children to be out of their hostel. On Friday afternoon British airways decided to cancel all their flights until month end leaving me with a big inconvenience, I had to then book another airline bearing costs from my side. Now they are giving me the run around when I am asking for a refund tell me about the regulations of a refund I am well aware of that but this was their business decision that they made . I did not have any intention to cancel my flights . I will never travel with British airways
