<p>My brother is scheduled to board a flight leaving Harare this afternoon and at check in has been told he cannot travel as his passport is mutilated, he travelled with this passport to south africa on the 23rd of August.</p> <p>I have tried to contact your customer service to no avail. please assist ASAP and let him travel. British airways is not immigration how can you deny him travel.</p>
