Brithish Airways Sevice

I booked a flight for a friend from Cape Town to Durban and am busy trying to reserve a seat via their online app. No go..now im busy on hold for 40 minutes via their call centre. N

I ask you with tears in my eyes!!! 40 minutes and no answer!! 46 minutes and they answer, only to tell me that I have to go through the App!!

Please ask your MD whether he is proud of the service levels
