British Airways are *****ing money from South African connecting through London, beware of this because you require a transit visa. we booked through discovery health benefit thinking we taking advantage of our vitality benefits. Very poor communication is available about transit visas and if they are needed in London in transit. Tickets purchased were none refundable and when following up they advise it take 6-8 weeks before they can comment. Really poor service, poor communication

It is clear that this money is taken from South Africans, oversubscribing flights and capitalizing off them. Worst of it all the travel insurance companies have transit visa execution due to the number of people caught out by this con; leaving the traveller out of pocket.
