Booking error no return flight

Hi, we dealt with Tebogo Ragimana assisting us with our booking since wee had Samsung vouchers and as per our telephonic conversation and email correspondence we concluded our date which was the 8th of August to 12 of August 2018 which was a return flight from OR Tambo to Cpt international.

While processing that request the return flight change to another departure flight so she booked us for departure and no return flight.

I noticed this a week ago and gave her ring to notify her of the mistake we are not booked for a return flight this query was escalated and its been a week and no feedback and our dates are now closer. Why is it taking so long to finalize this was not our error. And it doesn't make sense to book us for departure in OR Tambo while we are in CPT. Can I please have this issue sorted everything has been booked and paid for but we need to come back from Cape Town its 9 people!
