Booking cancelled after I confirmed the ticket!

Kulula Booking was just cancelled, after I confirmed the booking the previous night, leaving me stranded in George Airport with a one year old. I had to rebook the flight and pay an additional R1200. Reason flight was cancelled is because I missed the first flight for the return ticket. I did try to inform them I was not going to make the first flight but after a realy long wait my call was never answered! And your staff is so rude, they could see I was in a panic with a crying baby, and still they were condecending and rude! Completely unfair treatment of your customers!
