Benson and hedges menthol

I bought a packet of Benson and hedges menthol, I opened the pack it had like a black substance on and holes in a few of the filters, I immediately smsd their quality line for a call back and I received a response that I would be called within 8 business hours, still no call from them. Totally disgusted in them now
