Bank Account Debited without Consent

I would like an explanation on why COMAIR has debited my account without any prior authorization on the 10th of October. My husband and I came back to Johannesburg from Durban on the 7th of October. Our flight was with Kulula. I didn't give anyone from COMAIR or KULULA any approval to further debit my bank account, our Flights were paid in full etc. Nobody spoke to me regarding any further charges.

Please provide an explanation for this, this is theft!

Also make you pay extra for Priority boarding only for your luggage to come through last. These people are robbing people of their money. When you pay for Priority boarding this means that you need to get your stuff first.

I am so disgusted that such a well-known Organisation has such despicable values and I want answers as to who gave permission to debit my account without any consent!
