Baggage service - recovered lost positions in one piece

I would like to compliment the cleaning stuff and the flight crew for BA.

On Thursday night(26Oct) I flew flight BA 6438from Cape Town to Johannesburg and left my card holder with ID Copy, Drivers' License and all bank cards.

After extensive search at home, office and the car, I decided to visit Comair baggage service at the OR Tambo International Airport. In less than 5 minutes, my cardholder was retrieved and I was leaving the airport. Sello Makgoba was very courteous with his colleague and they assisted me very promptly. More importantly, all my positions were intact. I commend them for their personality and the prompt nature in which they assisted me. I also comment the crew that delivered the lost positions highly. It is greatly appreciated.

This gives me hope, that with such personalities on the ground. Your airline is in good hands with such great brand ambassadors. Treat them well and keep them for long.
