Baggage handling theft

Baggage handling investigation is a sham. Flying to Cape Town from JHB, I had some items ****** out of my bag and when they checked the weight before and after the was no change they and so my claim was denied. Did they even investigate to see what happened to our bags?. On the day I reported this I was not the only one the was a lady who had a bag that was wrapped in plastic that had the plastic removed.
