Baggage disappearance

Upon arriving at our check-in counter at O. R Tambo International Airport, there was a humangous queue with only two staff members heading customer check-ins. 5 minutes before check-in for the 09:25 flight to Cape Town closed, we were called forward to receive our tickets and have our bags checked in. My mom and I were then issued tickets apart from each other even though we had booked this flight months in advance.

The flight was pleasant but upon arrival at the Cape Town Airport, we discovered that our bags along with about 30 other people had no bags were not at baggage claim. We gave all our details for our luggage to be delivered at our hotel.

It is now Friday and we are still waiting for my mother's bag to be delivered and the company now has no idea where my bag has disappeared to.
