baggage broken into and rifled

I was a passenger on a British Airways Comair flight from Durban to Cape Town on 14 August 2018. Nothing was readily apparent on collecting my baggage but on reaching my destination I found that the lock had been broken off and the luggage rifled through. Trying to report this on the web site is mission impossible. Nothing was ****** and the website deals only with instances where baggage is missing or ******, not the annoyance of having the lock snapped off and the invasion of privacy
