Bad Customer Service Which Ruined Our Trip

I have been trying to contact Customer Relations via email on the following email "***" with no success, I also tried "***" and still failed, I've been getting an automatic respond from *** with the following details - "The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin."
