BA6224 lost bottle with water 8 April 15

Hi I was traveling today from durban to OR tambo on BA6224 sitting on seat 26B today 8 April 2015. When the bus was transferring us to baggage claim, I realised that I left my water in an Oros 2 liter bottle under the seat in front of me (25b). I immediately tried to stop the bus but the driver did not hear. I then proceeded to the baggage claim counter to assist me retrieve this water. They called to find out but we're told it's not there. I was waiting for more than an hour whilst they were enquiring with even the cleaners but we're told it's not there. My problem is that the water was there, it is complete lies for the cleaners or whoever the baggage team asked to say there was nothing. They should have just said that they threw it away rather than saying it's not there. This water was very important as it was for a sick person. I'm really not happy for being **** to because I need the water. I WILL NEVER TRAVEL BY BRITISH AIRWAYS. I'm still not ok because I have to travel back to durban now to get this water. How possible for water not to be there when I reported immediately after coming off plane. The cleaners were still inside the plane when I reported this.
