BA refund us please - this is ridiculous

Whilst we all heard that BA has been grounded indefinitely, what is alarming and concerning is their lack of response to those of us that have unfortunately procured flights through them. Cancelling for a refund is almost impossible, considering they are not able to provide the service we are paying for one would think they would at very minimum provide an option to either switch to another airline or a full refund to allow us to pay for a ticket. My 19 year old daughter will be stranded without our refund. I am not sure why you guys are not responding. I dont want a voucher for a flight that might not take place in the timeframe she needs to travel, i want my R7k so i can get her home via an alternative airline.
