BA IS ****!! ANGRY!!

How is it that BA is ALWAYS delayed. ALWAYS. Every couple of years I try to fly BA again and then there’s delays. The PA announced that the flight is delayed due to technical difficulties with the engine. How does this even happen on an airline???
