BA Flight jnb-plz

It's not cool when you sell your flights knowingly it will not depart that time due to technical issues.

Delays happen but yesterday's 4 hour delay and mushy bread rolls were just a mess. Not to mention nothing been offered while we were waiting 3hours on board.
