BA doing a poor job domestically

Very poor experience leaving JHB - CT. Flight delayed multiple times and poor communication to passengers. Bad job of setting expectations and communicating why the delay. Got updates from other passengers instead of staff. Very poor job. Just keeps getting pushed back, very Frustrating and ***! Last time I will use BA.
