BA COMAIR DISGUSTING SERVICE

Beware of BA Comair. On 25 March 2022 my family and I were booked with BA from Durban to Johannesburg on way to Egypt. BA flight was 20 minutes late in departure and they had already pushed our flight later by 20 minutes (total delay of 40 minutes) and off loading luggage took 45 minutes. As direct result of this we missed our flight to Cairo and had to pay for an extra flight to Cairo, accommodation in JHB for 2 nights, food, taxi fare to hotel and car hire! Malcolm ***
