BA Card fails to phone me back

British Airways Card, a division of Absa Credit Card has repeatedly failed to get in touch with me regarding my application, reference number ********** ********** 2270

I had a representative phone me to confirm that the card has been approved, however, the line cut off. Subsequently I have tried to get them to phone me back but with no success. Their call centre cannot receive calls, their "***** section" needs to PHONE YOU BACK, it's just that they DON'T...
