BA Air dont refund

Like many others that were left stranded by BA Air due to the flight in May being cancelled, I have never received a refund. Trying to contact them is useless. After numerous calls to their call centre,I have given up after the phone rings for 15 minutes without ever being answered. Like so many others, quick to take your money but never pay back.

It is theft.
