Awesome staff

<p>I would like to congratulate Anastasia a flight attendant on flight BA6200 from Dbn to JHB today. There was a technical issue with the plane and she called me from the plane on her personal cel phone to advise me of the delay and gave me assurances that she would personally take care if my 10 yr old son who was travelling as an unaccompanied minor.</p> <p>She also called the receiving person in Jhb to advise.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wow great service and client empathy.</p>
