Another late departing flight

I was booked on flight BA6431 from JHB to CPT scheduled for 18:00. Flight departed 1h20 minutes late. At NO stage was any apology or reason provided. This is poor. Both cabin crew and pilots acted like this was the norm.

This is very poor.
