ALWAYS problems with BA Online Check-in
Every single time I need to check-in online prior to a flight there is a issue, either cannot find my booking or there is a technical problem. Extremely frustrating when I travel often for business and require a quick check-in procedure. Cannot understand why BA offer an online check in service when it never works. Never works on the mobile app either.
