Abuse of Elderly Endorsed by BA

A few weeks ago, I sent an email lodging a complaint against a wheelchair handler named Thabisile at King Shaka Airport. I was told by a Nazley Samuels that an investigation was to be held. Over two weeks later , I had to prompt a response from Ms Samuels who didn't even read my original email properly replying back with incorrect facts. I was given a half baked response that action will be taken which I think is a lie. I am doubtful even if an investigation was conducted. It's amazing even with video footage BA refuses to take action and continues to approve ill treatment of patrons.
