A Sh"t show

Useless. My flight was delayed "due to an IT glitch", I ended up traveling for over 42 hours. When I eventually made it to my one destination, they had NO IDEA where my luggage was and had no help for it. When they eventually located it, they sent it to a place that I've ALREADY left, despite having told them that I'm leaving. Now they are wide eyed and have no solution for what the hell I'm supposed to wear, because they only give $50 to buy anything that I'd need. I need clothes!!!! You lost my clothes and now you believe I can buy toiletries and clothes for $50 for over FOUR days without my bag because you can't do your job.???? Take passangers and their luggage to their desired destinations?
