2 Year old Minor booked on Different flight!

My 2 year old daughter was booked on a flight with her grandparents to accompany her, the ticket was LINKED to her grandparents tickets (and one would presume flight).<br> However it has transpired that she is booked on a flight BEFORE her grandparents !<br> Flight booking was made on 12 June:<br> Ref<br> <br> ETKT ***863<br> <br> I have now called the the call center 3 times, each time promised that I will receive a call back...<br> I am still waiting for a call and for clarification with regard to my child's booking<br>
