2 hours delayed flight

7.45am monday morning flight to PE from king Shaka. Delayed by 2 hours - nothing advised at checkin, only received an email. NO EXPLANATION given. If you dont have mobile access to your email or have a cell phone you would be none the wiser! Shocking service from BA. I wont be uaing them again.
