YOUR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!! I AM STRUGGLING TO CONTACT YOU FOR HELP!!!!

I am very disappointed at your customer service.

I have only been with you for a month but you are unreachable already. I have connected my mother who is a pensioner to your wifi services In Lombardy West, it has not been working since last week Thursday 29/09/2022 till today (just after I made payment). I have called you numerous times but i am getting an option to leave a message and never ever gets back to me ( i want to speak to a real person, not your robot). You are completely inconsiderate of your customers and very, very UNREACHABLE. May you please contact my mother (Patricia Mokhuabane ***) immediately if you still value her as your customer and sort out this mess before I take this even further. Your customer service sucks!!!
