Complaint

I'm very disappointed with the service I've paid my WiFi connection on the 13 of December 2023 the I send them the proof of payment as per their agreement then expected the to open it for me when I call the customer care service they told me that they have a problem at Limpopo so all the technician went there so no one was gonna help till today my WiFi is not working I'm very much dissatisfied with what they're doing
