Refund

I have never been so frustrated in my life with this service provider, I was looking for the plugged in router communicated with one of their employees and when they come to deliver only to find out they are using something different that will need them to grill in my place however I was looking for something that I can move around with it.

I decided not take the offer and request my installation fee that has been paid to take another service provider as this was new work related , now my job is on the line because I have not receive my refund from Brilliant Connect since from last week Wednesday when I logged the call , its now the 5th day waiting for my refund to pay another service provider , I have not started the new job which also may lead to termination of contract waiting for refund

I have been talking to one of the Managers Lorrein which she advises me with money will be paid today latest,,,However I have not received the money...

I'm so frustrated with the incompetence of the business
